Book: How I Survived the Frost Family (The Life and Story of my Favorite Plant)

This book is about a plant. A plant grown from seed by my 7-year old daughter as a Second Grade science project. The story is narrated by the plant and told from the plant’s perspective. It is a humorous book beautifully illustrated by the environmentally-conscious artist Frances Tate who only uses water from the Tennessee River in her paintings. I hope this book inspires you to grow plants and to take care of our environment. A few pages in the back of the book are dedicated to you so that you can draw, color, or paint your favorite plant.
